- Magistrates
- Local Government Chairman
- Secretary to State or Local Government,
- Head of Educational Institutions attended (Principals, Rectors, Provosts and Vice Chancellors)
- President General (P. G) of your town or community
- Traditional ruler
If a civil servant must sign the guarantors Form for the applicants, he(the civil servant) be below the rank of Grade Level 12.
Also, Fire Officers must not be below the rank of CSF or a paramilitary or military officer of equivalent rank and above.
